Not sure if this is the right place to report this.

There are two ROMs in the PC Engine - TurboGrafx 16 set that are interleaved.

Information taken from uCON64.

Uses code from various people. See 'developers.html' for more!

Not sure if this is right. I believe these ROMs are suppose to be deinterleaved. Correct?

I could verify this issue.
The only 2 interleaved roms out of all the NEC-PC Engine set.
Definitely something odd going on with those.

Edit:
Ok, made sure to read the FAQ about posting roms.

Code: Select all

•Posting or linking to ROMs of systems that are still sold or games that were officially released in the past 5 years are not allowed.
... check.
So here they are proper/bit-swapped:
BA9F72623DF2BEC497157836FD6A9B26 Cyber Dodge (Japan).pce
B8E3860F0FF3C203E2048D49C8472DFF Hisou Kihei - Xserd (Japan).pce
clicky
Hope it helps someone, someday.

Thanks for the confirmation TheShadowRunner. Got the same hash results as you when I byte-swapped them. Not sure why No-Intro left those two PCE ROMs in that set interleaved.

Thank you very much Rifu for editing those two, and KingTut for finding the oddity in the first place!
