Best bitset for Nintendo/SEGA hardware?

Post by BigFred » 13 Feb 2016 19:24

I usually used the 3.8 and 4.5 mm bits that came with my retrode to open carts. However the 4.5 mm one fails to open my FIFA Mega Drive cartridge. It really doesn't fit too well and there is hardly any real structure in that bit. I think it's pretty cheap material and badly manufactured - it looks very worn.

Can anyone recommend a really good bitset that fits flawlessly on the screws? There are several different versions on Amazon and I wonder which to choose.

Those are real screwdrivers but no good pictures are available.

This one looks pretty good and it's made of tempered steel. Does anyone own it?
