Missing closing slash in rc xml

I will drop both deprecated CM and RC formats, and will adopt the generic XML.
The recent output should be better (now I've checked it with datutil output). Still have to check nodump flag.

Yup, looks better. I just checked the 3DS DAT and it's not reporting any more issues. Thanks for fixing it!

i suspect now "nodump" and "cm_header" are correctly implemented too.

Yep, this seems to have fixed it, I didn't have any issues creating a new 3DS db with the current dat. Thanks for your hard work

EDIT: After having some more time to check some other databases, I'm still getting the same error on the GB dat. So I guess it isn't fully fixed yet.
