Note: This is not going to help with the translations, but something kind of jumped out at me here.

Looks like we're romanizing title screens. Shouldn't we be romanizing box art? (At least, if we can find the box art...)

Hope this helps. :)
That helps a lot!

When converting the hanja ("korean hanzi") to hangul, they become

?????????

"Korean Literature Education Association"
http://www.hanja.re.kr/

So, we finally have

Hangukeomungyoyukyeonguhoe - Hangeom DS

It is officially written without spaces, and by arbitrarily forming "expected words" the meaning changes. Best spacing seems to be:

Hanguk Eomungyoyuk Yeonguhoe
(?? ???? ???)

We can use hyphens:

Hanguk-eomungyoyuk-yeonguhoe - Hangeom DS

Sure, you're right, but... good luck finding box pics for those MD Chinese games :P

We work with what we have, 90% of those Chinese dumps come from unknown/unconfirmed/doubtful sources, with no box pics, no cart pics, no PCB pics, no nothing pics :(

No, it seems they're not dumped.

As a rule of thumb it would be better to redump EVERY Chinese cart, and not only the undumped ones, since the source of most current dumps is unknown. The problem is availability, which is basically nihil outside of China.

Can you manage to get some dumps/redumps?

They're pirate translations.
