Why do they do such a thing? Did they lose their own update?
Was the updated version previously dumped?
Nintendo themselves probably just downloaded ROM sets from the Internet. I haven't followed but I heard at least on early Wii VC releases, they were found to include GoodNES ROMs, even including the iNES headers.

All Nintendo home console VC releases use iNES format, modified to patch out stuff. It is only the handheld VC releases (3DS) that use a different format. Notable mention to the NES Classics's headerless PRG+CHR format.

Tantei Jinguuji Saburou - Shinjuku Chuuou Kouen Satsujin Jiken (v1.1)

These can be removed as they are available now. Well, Youkai Yashiki (v1.1) must be a mix up from my side, as I find no traces of it now.
As for Metroid (v1.0), it's not confirmed to exist. The earliest manufacturing date of Metroid (v1.1) is two days before the release date.

I have 3 carts that i can´t find in the DB.
[GG] Sonic Drift Racing (Europe)
[MS] Master Games (Europe)
[MS] Game Box: Série Lutas (Brazil but also released in Portugal)
Sonic Drift Racing probably matches Sonic Drift 2 and the 2 Master System carts are multi game carts that we need to turn the console power on and off to change the game, so maybe the game roms are stored individually...
I tried to attach a photo but the server didn´t allowed...

I get the feeling if anybody had already dumped/figured out how to dump those, it would be the people at
SMS Power. They'd dumped the AUS 4-in-1 Pack All Action and CJ Elephant Fugitive for GG, which were supposedly two of the more elusive Sega 8-bit console dumps.
