How did you match the serials to the rarer games?

Matched the first 3 bytes of the serial. Fourth is region.

you can use the DAT-O-MATIC database , all known gameid are in there.

Tick on all 4 boxes Verified, Trusted, Bad, Not verified, and you wil see all games and also the serial of the game.

Oh. I get it now: the first three characters of the serial usually matches up between the regional variations. So you just need to look at the known games.

Regarding the unknown list, A72K is Tetris DS Demo cart, as serials A72J and A72E are known from before as Japanese and US demo carts respectively.
