On eBay a "Sega Channel Demo" cartridge appeared and sold for over 400 dollars;

http://cgi.ebay.com/EXTREMELY-RARE-Sega ... 1|294%3A50

Would this be added to the list? I hope at some point to see that cart dumped.

A new licensed MD game is out in Brazil. :lol:
It seems like a Guitar Hero clone, called Guitar Idol.
Unfortunately, it's not provided as a MD cartridge but a pre-installed game in the console :(

Funny thing is that this Super Daisenryaku (Rev A) ototo has just found is already dumped (it's in Goodgen as [b1]), but it's only 524.283 bytes. Headers match.

I guess it's the result of a trivial hack of some sort, and I was hoping to pull a Bigfred out of it restoring the correct dump :P , but it's not easy to guess what those 5 bytes missing are :(

The buyer sent me this cart and I have dumped it, it's 4Mbit. I have a verified dump of it (dumped it four times and ensured there were no changed bits), how would I submit this for inclusion in the No-Intro dats?

Very cool, thanks! 8-)

I see header says it's a 8 mbit cart, have you tried dumping it to that size? Might be just 4 mbit, but it's easy to check :)

Anyway I already put your dump over the old, unverified, underdumped Sega Channel dump.

Since it seems we're on the subject of Sega Channel carts in this thread still, what other Sega Channel BIOs sets are marked as "undumped"? I know a few folks are looking into obtaining a "Scientific Atlantica" BIOs (saying the one currently dumped is a "General Instruments" BIOs) and I also found a few webpages which talk about the Japanese BIOs;

http://gametanteidan.blog94.fc2.com/blog-entry-113.html

Also, it seems one of the notable Sega Channel "Special Edition" games, Dyna Brothers 2 Special, is on the JP VC Service. I've been asking around if someone could get that off the VC but without much luck yet. (For reference, I don't really know if there's any precedent on the issue of adding Wii VC rips to the dat, and this one would be an odd case, being a rip of a Sega Channel version...)

No please put the old dump back !!!
The old dump might be unverified but it's the real firmware of the cart, that's why you see nothing in an emu cause it actually don't emulate the cart.
Nemesis dumped the General Instrument one (http://nemesis.hacking-cult.org/MegaDri ... l%20GI.zip), I also have this one but can't dump it, I have to contact nemesis so he can tell me how he did it.
He also dump the Scientific Atlanta one and it match the one in goodgen (don't know if it's the old one in the dat too).

This new dump be localH is just a demo cart, it doesn't actually download games.
This must be a new entry as "Sega Channel Demo (USA) (Program)"

I added them, but a few things need to be clarified. For example how is the old one unverified if Nemesis' "Scientific Atlanta" one matched it?
