For your information, there are three versions of Clock Tower :

SHVC-AJEJ-JPN (First release - 1995/14/09)
SHVC-AJEJ-JPN-1 (Reprint - 1997/??/02)
SHVC-AJEJ-JPN-2 (2nd Reprint - 1997/30/09)

These versions are identical, just a packaging update.

I think the Nintendo Power must be the same…

Incredible find: Zelda in italian!!!

http://cgi.ebay.it/Zelda-A-Link-to-The- ... troconsole

@hydr0x
which was the game with supposed -ITA serial? Can you please repost? Was it Mechwarrior? I think it's italian as well indeed - real GIG release - not just a sticker.

On a sidenote there is another auction for Zelda in spain which is a bit weird. The seller writes it's spanish but the code doesn't verify this. It appears to be SNSP-ZL-EUR though which I didn't see before either.

What about this one?:

http://www.gamefaqs.com/snes/917309-the-shadow/data

The database has a dump of the American prototype, but that's just about it. The European version (which was in fact released) doesn't seem to be in it.

I don't believe it was released. Not every entry on gamefaqs is correct.

nice one BigFred, yeah, I think MechWarrior has some chance to exist in Italian as there's a Spanish version. Jurassic Park the other way around I think. Same for a Spanish Magical Quest iirc.

Jurassic Park exists in both spanish and italian. Maybe you confused something there? Will check about MQ - thanks!

Magical Quest features a "normal" -ESP code

http://cgi.ebay.es/THE-MAGICAL-QUEST-ST ... ideojuegos

The seller warns potential buyers about the ingame language being english only despite the fact it's the spanish version.

I think it's at least unlikely there is a missing spanish version of this.

Ah thanks, for some reason I was missing the ESP cart picture. I'm also still missing the ITA/SITA of Jurassic Park. Other's I'm still in search for are (but these are all dumped anyways)

Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 -EUR (not the "Assembled in Mexico" cart)
Lagoon -SCN
Soul Blazer FRA/SFRA
Shadowrun SCN/SSWE (have a pic but not a good one)

Other than that I currently have pictures of 1322 different PAL SNES cartridges so if you need any ;)

I've got the Soul Blazer FRA/SFRA... I can scan it...
What do you want ? Front, back, PCB ? (actually, I already scanned the front some time ago, like I did for all my SNES games at that time)

Unfortunately, the Ultimate MK3 I own is the "Assembled in Mexico" version T___T

Tori.

A photo of the cartridge (just the front) is what I need, no scans please ;) Thanks in advance :)

Despite the fact the Zelda code is SNSP-ZL-ITA/SITA there are hints the cart contains the english ROM only. I have no good explanation for this. Let's wait.

I have: it's a fake. Someone must have (re)produced a fake SITA label :( I was surprised already that an Italian Zelda was unknown...

I thought so too. But there are more copies of this cart around. Another one is on ebay right now. http://cgi.ebay.it/The-Legend-of-Zelda- ... troconsole - small pic but the length alone implies /SITA. Even a youtube video exists where someone opens one and there is a short moment where you can see the cart code. The PCB is very blurry but the internal chip resembles the SPAL-ZL-0 chip very much. It's not really readable but does not look like SITA by the shape of the letters. Besides the whole writing on the chip matches the UK one. Maybe it's a label that was printed before the translation was cancelled but still used. I know that case Shaun Palmer's Snowboarding on GBA where the box features a french "F" code but the cart not ("P"). Also the german edition of Resident Evil 4 (GC) uses the generic european serial "P" while the disk is "D". I think also Terranigma (G) is labeled wrong on the box. So it happens. But I never saw a wrong "positive" cart code like this before.
