I would expect that most of those games are not undumped, but simply nobody has thoroughly photographed/documented their PCBs for bootgod's database. (unsurprisingly there's a number of rare/expensive games on that list but still quite a good number of common games)

There's probably some unlicensed games left to dump, but I think the entire licensed Famicom library has been dumped for quite some time (barring any more extremely obscure promotional rarities such as Zeta Gundam Final Version which had been dumped a few years ago).

I haven't checked, but for example all the NES NTSC canada games aren't dumped besides Kirby's Adventure

Are there Canadian exclusives besides the NTSC French Kirby's Adventure (serial NES-K5)?

I do have an English Canadian copy (serial NES-KR-CAN-1). I don't have anything right now to dump NES but the ROM chip IDs are
PRG: NES-KR-1 PRG LH534T79 9321 E
CHR: NES-KR-0 CHR LH532J3A 9321 E

Other than the date code (9321 vs. 9334), my copy seems to have the same chip IDs as the one document USA REV A copy photographed on bootgod's database.
