My honest first thought from looking at that is "Oh look, custom cartridge flashed with a ROM from the gamecube. Neat." out of cynical thinking. But seeing as how it was likely to start as an N64 project before being bumped up to the Gamecube... It's definitely something interesting to think about preserving.

Especially if Nekokabu (the twitter poster) can "prove" that it isn't just a custom cart.

99% sure it's a custom/repro cart.
They wouldn't bother making a fancy label for a game that was never released on N64.
And it was in development for N64, it was planned for release on the N64DD.
(and another thing is the ESRB logo. It was changed from the white lettering to the current black lettering during 1999, within a year after Ocarina of Time was originally released. I think even up until 2000 (or at least the January 2000 issue), Nintendo Power was still calling it "Ura Zelda". Well they called two Zelda games Ura Zelda and Zelda Gaiden. I'm assuming Gaiden was what turned into Majora's Mask.)

The Wii VC version of Super Street Fighter 2 US contains a v1.1 that is very different from the regular edition but resembles a bit more the regular European and Japanese editions. Maybe it can also be found on a retail cart?

Any idea what is different?
The one thing I know was different between the original Japanese and US releases (besides of course the changed names) was the music, whether it was intentional or not.
I'm not sure which release the EU version followed in that regard.
Since I know one of the things VC releases changed was sound, I wonder if it was something related to that.

It is a hack on one of the cheap Chinese N64 Repro carts. Found easily on Aliexpress and the like. Not a true retail Nintendo release.

The cart has been dumped but whether it deserves to be documented on No-Intro is debatable. You might as well document all of the ozidual and Aroenai patched ROMs.

Same! Same! Same! is a (Beta), not (Sample), (Sample) is used for the official Demo releases (SFC cart on the right is a (Sample) one, yes).

Dragon Quest III is unclear, either it's a (Beta) with a handmade label or the in-shop demo (aka tentou-you sample), in-shop ones sometimes have such labels.

This is very cool 8-)

It seems it is not a Swedish only version, but at least also contains Spanish. There seems to be a SNSP-AT6X-ESP version as well.

Finally found good pictures of this one on Twitter. Don't know how to properly link to there:

New SNES revision discovered. It's dumped, but I don't know if it's public.
